Hello, Michelle here. I’m a writer, musician, and a 70s AM rock junkie – although not necessarily in that order.
Why a blog that reviews books and films about serial killers?
Part of it is a love of books. Part of it is a love of film. Part of it is a love of research and part of it is an interest in understanding the mind of a serial killer.
So whether you’re a bibliophile, a cinephile, obsessed with serial killers, or merely have a passing interest in true crime, thanks for joining me as I delve into the vast array of books and films about the world’s most notorious serial killers.
Other stuff I’ve done:
- Blogger for The Script Lab. You can check out my articles at: https://thescriptlab.com/author/mdonnelly/
- Placed in Writer’s Digest’s 83rd Annual Competition for my screenplay “A Golden Moment” http://www.writersdigest.com/online-exclusives/nov-14/83rd-annual-writers-digest-writing-competition-winners
- Midwest semi-finalist in the 2019 Minnesota Shorts Play Festival for my play “Revolutionary Baby”
- Maybe it was my love of shopping for school supplies that kept me going to college way longer than normal. Before my Master’s thesis kicked my ass, that is. I did manage to graduate with more degrees than any one person needs.
